"I’ve only purchased a washing machine today, and it hasn’t been delivered yet. But Don was extremely helpful. I called just to see if they delivered to my area, ended up having a long conversation about what I needed. He even called me back when he realized they didn’t have a lot of what I needed. I still showed up and he ended up ordering what I needed. He talked me through all my questions. Previously I had a washing machine with a warranty that I literally spent 6 months trying to get them to fix my washer. It’s nice to be at a family run store and know that I can call them up or show up and they’ll fix my washer if I have an issue. So far would recommend. They seem to care about their customers."
