"Bellingham Electric are very easy to deal with from a customer perspective. The buying process was easy with no pressure selling of any sorts. Their delivery went smoothly and the delivery people were nice and professional. Unfortunately, I had an early life failure to the compressor of my Whirlpool refrigerator after just 15 months. It was during the holidays and BE sent over a technician very quickly and diagnosed the problem. I have an extended warranty and I had to wait 3+ more weeks for an authorized Whirlpool rep to come to look at it. This is frustrating. The authorized dealer did not come with any parts and I'm now told it'll be another month before the part comes in. I suspect a couple more weeks after that to be completely fixed. So I will be without my kitchen refrigerator approximately 2+ months. BE did provide me a loaner so I'm happy for that. If you are considering an extended warranty on your Appliance and you need to use it, the process will be very frustrating. Every company has outsourced some level of their service and it's bad for every consumer. As for Bellingham Electric, I would recommend doing business with them. I will also in the future."

"Had to use them because our builder had them as the only option supplier. Brand new home in 2019 have already had to replace microwave and dishwasher less than 4 yrs later! The poorest quality products imaginable ! And if you call regarding someone to look at it for repair, just for the person to come out costs as much as a new appliance. Go to Lowe’s and pay half as much for a better product! That’s where we’ve gone as one by one the appliances we were forced to buy from them have died!"
