"Buyer beware of Best Buys policies. I was in the hospital during my return date, called the store was told on phone bring records by a certain date, came to store manager refused to refund the money. Side note it was a christmas gift, wrong brand. I already gave the person the money to purchase the correct brand. Paid with debit card. Cash money gone. Store manager had me call support who said to me and him , only he could make the exception and he refused i filed a BBB claim, and Ill be contacting corporate. There are exceptions and this should be one. Do not spend your money here. A store /corporation with no heart , should fail."

"Best Buy is great. The issue is Amazon will put them out of business. The prices are way too high. They always have been. They do have some really cool stuff in there though. I haven’t been to one in a while but this one had a large amount of open box items all over the floor. Not sure if that’s a good sign or not. The people for the most part are friendly as well."

"Customer service is good. They know what they are talking about. I went on black Friday. Not much room to walk around plus the BF traffic in the store. I bought a TV, prices were great. Overall I usually get my electronics here at this store. No complaints so far."
