"My recent visit to Best Buy was a disaster. The store was a mess, with aisles cluttered and products scattered everywhere. The manager was completely incompetent, unable to answer simple questions and showing no concern for customer satisfaction. The overall atmosphere was dismal, with uninterested employees and dim lighting. Best Buy has become the worst store in the state, thanks to its abysmal management and complete lack of customer care. Avoid it at all costs."
"My experience was top notch, I don’t like asking for help much so when I asked J at the desk for a screen protector he was more than happy to help, he even put it on for me and cleaned my phone while he was at it! Real genuine guy. 10/10 give that man a raise"
"I drove a significantly long distance to the Burlington, MA Best Buy store to purchase an open box item labelled as "excellent" condition. Their description online states "looks brand new...contains all original parts/accessories." After arriving home I noticed the product had food in all the speaker grills and scratches (that I could not remove) in the sub. I then noticed that the soundbar was last years model (was supposed to be model: 990c in the box (it is 990b as shown in the photo). I returned it at the nearest best buy at the time, but was told I should go back to the original store to receive better compensation. I wasn't going to make the drive again so I simply returned it. I attempted several times to contact corporate to settle the matter, but was unsuccessful. The call center kept telling me I needed to drive back to the original store (which I refused as it was too far). I'm looking for compensation for my time, gas, and inconvenience from Best Buy incorrectly advertising their product (and also having the components from different model years)."
"I wish I could give them zero stars. Their customer service is poor! At best. It started when I walked into the store to drop off a Surface Pro for a battery replacement. The tough guy at the door (aka Check Point Charlie) started asking questions. I didn’t need help, I knew the location of the “Geek Squad” counter. It was right in front of the doors. The guy goes full on authority mode. And yes, I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t know you need an appointment to drop off something to be fixed. And when I stated to the Commandant “That I need to leave? Then go online to make an appointment. Then drive back to the store to drop off the computer, just to leave again while it’s being fixed.” He tells me that they are not serviceable. News to me, since I took it to a shop where it’s having the battery replaced. Apparently he can tell the version of the Surface Pro I was holding under my arm. If he’s so smart, why isn’t he behind the counter, instead of being the greeter at the door?"
"The sales associate for Best Buy was very helpful and informative. He pointed my friend and I in the right direction so that we could find the product we needed to purchase (a mouse for his laptop). I like the fact that the store is very neat, clean and well-organized. There was no problem finding the product that we needed. Also the check-out process was very easy and efficient, as there was only a very short wait in the line. The check-out sales associate was extremely nice, friendly, and great at her job!!! I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location to anyone and everyone!!! I would give this location 100 plus stars if given the option!!! Great job Best Buy!!!"
