"I bought a dishwasher in November as soon as it was installed I noticed the racks were so flimsy and cheap and more importantly it didn’t clean well. I tried all cycles, different types of detergents. It was horrible. I called and talked to the salesperson David and told him how my whole family was so bummed about how awful the new dishwasher worked and I felt horrible asking to exchange it but he was understanding and spoke to his team and they agreed I was able to exchange it. We upgraded a few $100 more to a Kitchen Aid. It’s so much better, at least for the first month anyway. Unfortunately appliances aren’t made to last like they used to be but the bottom line is Dracut Appliance was decent to work so I would definitely buy another appliance from them."

"The online pricing is very competitive with large box stores, which surprised me. I called for assistance and the young man walked me right through the purchase (easy enough to do on their online store). They delivered this morning at the beginning of the 2-hour window; I received a text when they were 30 minutes away and they were very careful moving and setting up our new freezer. 5 stars for sure. I hope I do not need service, however if I do, they assure me they have their own technicians. Thank you again."
