"—Review of the Sales department. I’m not an easy customer, and I am aware of that. I request things most other buyers simply don’t. Ashley went above and beyond; answered every question I had to the best of her ability. Things didn’t end there though; since the vehicle I’m buying is a roadster with low ground clearance, I asked if they can put it on a lift and take a video of the underbody. Ashley did an amazing job and captured everything. When it was time to purchase, I drove almost three hours to get there. It was worth it. The price they gave me on the phone was the price I paid. No “nitro fill” fee, no “certification” fee, no surprises at all. Advertised price is the true price. Financing process with Greg went smoothly, no push on the add-ons (extended warranty, protection packages etc.) They were offered, but not pushed. I appreciated that. Since this dealer is in MA, and I’m from NY, Ashley arranged transport and had a runner drive the car to my work in Manhattan for no extra charge.
