What also was wonderful, he sent me a calendar schedule before job was started which included the flooring , and countertops, plumber and electrician. I knew ahead of time when people would be coming and going. It really made the experience seamless. I couldn’t be more pleased with everyone he had on his team. 5 plus stars"

"It has been a year since Ideal remodeled our kitchen and we are thoroughly happy with the results. First and foremost, it came out perfect and it’s a beautiful & more functional kitchen. The design process was very helpful in designing a better kitchen. Dino takes the time to make sure the design is what the customer wants, but also presents options on how to improve on the design (pantry design, lighting plan, dry bar, lots of drawers and organizers, etc.) We got quotes from the electrical, plumbing, flooring and backsplash subs (and paid them directly) so there were no surprises. We knew we picked an expensive cabinet design, but it’s what we wanted. All of the subs were top notch; showing up on time, getting the work done per schedule and doing high quality and clean work. The cabinet installers, especially Vinny P, were perfectionists and it shows in the results. There were a couple of small hiccups, but Dino was always with a quick text away and fixed the issues quickly. The project was completed in 6 weeks, a little over schedule, but much better than I expected. In summary, great design, high quality products and installation, timely & clean install. I highly recommend Ideal Kitchens and I would use Dino if I ever had another project."

"We had our kitchen completely remodeled by Ideal Kitchens. Is the kitchen beautiful, yes…was it seamless…absolutely not! As soon as they cashed our 50% deposit, our project was pushed off several months…he did that twice. The owner is an extremely poor communicator. If it wasn’t for the gentleman (he was fabulous) actually installing our cabinets, we wouldn’t have known what was happening next. They require you to pay the electrician, plumber and flooring companies directly. Which is not a big deal, until you have an issue…then they’re not involved at all. Our electrician bill was double what was anticipated (don’t use Forbes Electric.) Every week there was an issue with a contractor not showing up. We sat around waiting for these contractors to show up, and then when you talked to them, they didn’t even know they were on the schedule…beyond frustrating. The final annoying part was the design was actually calculated wrong. Our refrigerator and oven were installed too close together. The appliances bumped when you opened the doors. We ended up having to wait even longer for the project to be completed because they had to install a new door into our garage to gain space in order to correct their mistake. All sorts of issues…never an apology, and absolutely horrible communication. It’s a shame that I can’t recommend them because the actual cabinet installer was a great guy."

"We worked with the Ideal Kitchens team in the Fall of 2019 for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and were delighted with the experience. In addition to making useful recommendations from everything from appliance to layout ideas, what really made a big difference was the professionalism of this team. Two things stood out to me: 1) We stuck pretty much exactly to schedule, a rarity in the world of major projects like this, and 2) aside for some additional items that were identified during the project as necessities, we ended up holding pretty close to budget. When we decided to move forward on improving and updating our kitchen and bath, We never imagined the transformation that would occur. With a house built in 1927, it was initially difficult to see the vision of what we could realistically do. Dino through his years of kitchen/bath design was able to see the space, measure and provide detailed renderings of what we could accomplish. He was able to create a functional, updated kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and countertops. Vinny and Jeff installed the cabinets.
