"Not only was the customer service bad but they managed to scratch all my UV-coated windows and cut the rubber pieces around the windows. From talking for weeks yet they still haven't fully paid me for all the damages. All of this happened in January of this year, yet I am still waiting for the full amount to get my windows fixed and they didn't want to give me a refund.
