"Never again people do not waste money at this Dunkin’ managers are so disgusting they wanna get paid but don’t wanna work went Sunday for coffee asked for a small coffee 6 creams 2 sugars should of took picture of it repeated the other because she kept talking while I was ordering and the coffee looked like 1. Cream 9 sugars I went in the guy proceeded to change it she stops taking care of drive thru to ask him what happened I tell her she says it was 6 creams 2 sugars like at this point I don’t know if she’s blind or can’t hear she was giving everyone a attitude like I don’t understand this type of service never again I no sometimes we can make a make mistake we’re all human but then she sees the line outside so long she says I don’t no y people would wait so long like I can’t like come on are u serious I didn’t catch her name but if ur a regular here u no who she is her eyebrows are like drawn on she’s Hispanic and always giving attitude.. people be aware please go we’re your service is appreciated remember it’s our food there dealing with"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This Dunkin is Beyond Rude. I live near by, worked an over night shift and PAID for delivery, Door dash only brought my Coffee and a sandwich that i did not order, frustrated I re order all mine and my kids food, have Dunkin donuts call me rudely to pretty much tell me off about how I have my food. I explained to them I never received my food, door dash literally had to RE CHARGE ME for my food and yet they still are saying I received my food. Who in the right mind would pay twice for food if they received it in the first place. Who wouldn't be mad when you are paying close to over $22 the first time and then $20 again and you received horrible service. . !!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. Then they have the worst management aswell. Starts off by being rude, because I was attending to my kid and missed his phone call about not having an item. LEARN MANAGEMENT SKILLS, LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS, LEARN MANNERS. YOUR PARENTS SHOULD BE ASHAMED how rude you people are. I go here everyday because my daughter only eats the hashbrowns due to sensory issued this is and was the last time I'll ever go there.
