"Nice. Tea. No table service. Display case with sugary egg-infused desserts. Definitely not made on site. The tea fad is catching in the 5-college area like coffee houses 30 years ago. Without anything fancy or unique to Nice Tea, I'll be surprised if they can stay in business for more than 2 years. 2 bathrooms, by binary orientation/ gender specification. It's NICE, but there are better places to get tea. What is the draw?"

"Omg, I am absolutely blown away! This place “knows their audience”. Lime Red used to be my favorite tea place but it seems like they’ve closed and I’ve felt lost without it. Also, I never felt like I could hangout at the Noho Lime Red. However, at Nice Tea, the atmosphere is *everything*! They have couches instead of old wooden chairs. They have games and a claw machine. They also have incredible hours that appeal to college students who may want to grab a treat and study for a while. Not only that but the tea was delicious. Plus, the jelly in literal star shaped were the cutest. 10 out of 10! "

"Considering all the boba places in Amherst and Northampton, this one is definitively the best, hands down. The quality of drinks is easily better than any of the other ones I've been to in Amherst, and considering the increasing prices of those places, this place is also totally reasonably priced IMO. I was particularly surprised at the quality of the matcha tea and the milk teas were great too, with a nice distinct tea flavor. Tapioca pearls are also included with the drinks by default which doesn't seem like a big deal but I've seen places that charge extra just for that so wanted to shout out that too. I also really like their appetizer menu, I've never seen any other boba place that serves stuff like egg tarts, gyoza, or crepe cakes. Tried the matcha cake and it was awesome (a bit pricey, but considering how it was actually tasty and no where else remotely close by serves it, it was worth it) Excited to try the other stuff especially the egg tarts at some point. As an added bonus, they have free water, plentiful tables (and really comfy couches!), outlets next to tables, board games, free wifi, and stays open decently late. Personally I think the owner or whoever was in charge of the design of the place put a lot of thought into this place for the comfort and convenience of customers and it really shows. Really hope this place does well, definitely going to be coming back often!"

"Great atmosphere and great tea! We ordered a hot green Jasmine milk tea and a cold oolong milk tea. Both were delicious. So glad we found this place. Customer service is excellent and I can't wait to go back! Definitely highly recommend this place."
