"For too many months I had been discouraged by dealership markups and unwanted options. I was giving up hope of finding the truck I wanted at a reasonable price. "I’m not over excited with my sale or my transaction with the service dept. I purchased my truck used. Unfortunately they were not able to give me a relatively close to good interest rate on my loan even though I have exceptionally great credit. I was forced to go elsewhere for my loan. They offered me far lower then KBB trade in on my current truck. I was forced to sell it out right. There was other details within my sale transaction that I wasn’t a fan of as well but I will keep the minor details to the side on that. I was pleased that they did in fact deliver my truck to my home which is just about an hour away. After receiving my truck, not only did I notice but also my wife and mother in law, noticed how terrible they did detailing my truck. There was a spilled drinks in the cup holder and grunge around my shifter. They also left the previous owner’s registration and sales information in my glove box. Such information included they’re names, home addresses, initial sale price, previous trade prices, and what they bought my new truck for. I then inspected my truck personally to find that the oil filter had never been changed but there was a recently new oil change sticker in the window. I also noticed the front shocks (specifically the front passenger)had oil seeping from the top of the shock. I’d like to say that I was imagining this but luckily I had another set of eyes there to inspect this as well. At this point in time I had roughly 400 miles on my truck since my sale. I called the dealer and to be completely honest, I was rude and unhappy with what I and many others agreed to be good reason. I asked for the oil to be changed, the front shocks to be changed, and it to be detailed. They were again very nice and sent drivers, whom are very nice gentleman, to pick up my truck. After having my truck from Monday to Thursday, they told me they found no leaking oil from the front shocks and the filter looked as if it had a 1000 miles on it. At this point in time it did in fact have 1000 miles since my sale. They told me they were not going to change either of them. I was again unhappy. They did in fact say it would get detailed again. When the truck arrived at my house it had the same existing spilled drinks in the cup holder and grime on and around the shifter. I suppose I can at least say the people I spoke with were pleasant throughout all my transactions and dealing with my dismay from results from this dealership. I for sure will not be doing business with them in the future. Update: today I went to use my truck for the first time since it was deliver to me. It has not been driven whatsoever since my delivery as they left me with no fuel. I looked the exterior of my truck over to notice that there’s now pine pitch on it since they took it. So another words they didn’t detail my truck whatsoever. Same filth inside when it left as what it came back like but with added pine sap on it now."
