"It’s late in the riding season (I’ve been sick) and I just had my scrambler inspected at Ray’s. It was a quick, professional and easy experience. My cycle was sitting in the garage for almost 12 months (I changed the oil before riding to Ray’s) and the tires felt spongy on the ride over. I asked the tech at Ray’s if he wouldn’t mind checking the tire pressure. He quickly obliged, added air to the front and rear tires and even noticed my plate was a bit loose and secured it for me. Great service at a nice, clean shop. 5+ stars for Ray’s."

"Called to have my atv looked at cause It was stalling on me so he proceeded to tell me he was busy all the way thru Christmas so asked if he has something open for January so he started to tell me that it can be pricy I explained some of the issues I was having. So my problem is they’re an authorized Yamaha dealer me as a customer I’m bringing it you to have it looked at and your response is the repairs might be too much!!! Unbelievable then you guys should not be servicing Yamahas (red flag) The one star is for it was convenient to get a part that I needed."

They were so helpful and did it right away so I brought it back when I needed service and got the same friendly helpful service at low reasonable prices. They are now my go to place whenever I need service. I am grateful there still is a down to earth motorcycle shop like Rays."

"Very nice and friendly family run location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing service for. I found them to be extremely helpful in my purchase and made the buying experience very easy and pleasant. I drove over 3 hours to get to this location so I would definitely say if you are in the area it is worth stopping in and seeing for yourself."

"Called recently to schedule a preseason tune-up for my sled and was turned away because of the age of my snowmobile. The guys in service straight up told me they do not work on anything that's more than a few years old. While I appreciate their honesty it's kind of sad that age apparently affects your ability to change spark plugs and oil. Sadly I've noticed this happening more and more not only with sleds but with vehicles, people don't want to be mechanics anymore they want to be parts changers. Easiest way to lose a potential new customer is to make a really bad first impression and they nailed it."
