"honestly the best breakfast sandwich ive had in while!! great vegetarian/vegan options, everything takes a few minutes to make but you can taste the freshness so overall very worth it (:"
"It's okay, I'd rather support a local small business like this one than a Starbucks or Panera that destroys them, but I had to wait 25 minute for a simple latte at a time when there were few customers. When the latte was finally ready, it was very good! Thanks! And the person taking my order was very friendly. Atmosphere: informal, seems primarily like a college undergrad hang-out and study place. Unfortunately, the place was trashed. I'm not sure why customers would trash the place. No one was bussing so I had to clean in order to sit--throw away left-behind bags of chips, wipe down the table, and kick away the lettuce under the table. Despite the lack of tidiness, my throat is now burning because they ARE cleaning at some point with strong-smelling chemical products (you know, that toilet cleaner smell). They are clearly under-staffed. Boss, please hire more people. These downers are too bad, because otherwise this place could be a wonderful independent coffeeshop in a college area where there is a lack of study-coffeeshops. If they have outdoor seating and if I have a lot of time, I will return!"
"It's a real shame this Shelburne location seems to be totally falling apart, used to be very efficient but for the last 3-5 weeks has been totally awful, you wait forever for drinks and don't even try to get food. Order way ahead, or you will spend your entire lunch break waiting. Where is their manager? There's no hustle behind the counter."
"Love their cheese Danish! Nice place to get a coffee and a sandwich. My favorite is the Northampton Veggie"
"To be honest, it's been a while since I went out to a coffee shop with my dear friend Gwyn, but this Saturday morning we decided to get back to the tradition of it all. She chose Shelburne Falls because it's currently her favorite coffee shop, she goes there like every Thursday. So we drive into the parking lot, and it doesn't exactly look like a coffee shop from the outside, but then again, what's a coffee shop supposed to look like? I had driven past there so many times without ever knowing what it was. The shop was busy, I mean, Saturday morning and all, gotta expect that. At points there were lines out the door. Tons of UMass girls, kinda intimidating because they all look the same with their straightened hair and full faces of makeup. We snagged a table and set up to do homework after we ordered. I got a large soy latte and Gwyn got her usual, a spiced maple latte, she said it was really good. Both of us burned our tongues on our drinks, but to be fair that's mostly user error because we can't wait for anything. The bathroom is way in the back around the corner and behind a tapestry, so it felt like a forbidden place. There's a sign up front that points to it though, so easy enough to find. The bathroom itself was real bougie, there's a nice chair and wardrobe, except its also super drafty, so I can't 100 percent garauntee that it's not haunted by a ghost. All in all, good customer service, good coffee, and good vibes."
