"I’m sorry, WHAT?! This is not only the best coffee in Western Massachusetts, but some of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere in the US (even after living in Seattle for five years). This is their only US location, but they are all over Europe and the Middle East, and they make coffee exactly the way you’d have it in Europe. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This is one in a million. Fantastic breakfast, too!"

"Wow, best cappuccino I've ever had! Never heard of Mikels, but they're all over Europe and on a suggestion I tried them out. It is blended different than the standard venti/grande coffee chain's so the espresso hits you in a smooth paced way, no jittery pick me up. Inside is a very clean little spot with nice seating and a couple booths in back if you needed to meet with someone or had a bigger group. The drive up has you order and sometimes pull up to the building so they can bring you out your coffee hand delivered. Hidden gem!"

"Good coffee, drive through and walk in options. Right off College Highway and across the street from Big Y. Good place to go for your caffeine and coffee fix. In the Red Rocks Plaza near H&R Block and the West Lake Chinese restaurant. Lots of parking (if you arent using the drive thru service) and handicap accessible location with friendly and accommodating staff."
