"One of my favorite foods from childhood, I have to have it shipped to where I am now. I have experienced the rancid flavor before -- the noodles are fried and will go bad if stored for a while at room temperature. I put all the boxes I'm not going to eat immediately in the freezer then take them out as needed. Tastes just like I remembered."

"Loved using this for chow mein sandwiches and we were horrified at the bitter taste this time. Looking for the source we went to open the pack of noodles and it was a horrible chemical smell, something is NOT RIGHT. With all of the reviews posted this is a problem they know about. They should pull their items from the shelves. If I get sick I will be SO PISSED."

"Used to love this chow mein. I always bought it and made it from s&s in the city but now just like a lot of other reviews I see here it's been having this funky chemical smell and taste. I will no longer be buying this product. Hopefully the store will give me my money back or some store credit. Just ruined super for tonight now have to figure something else out."
