"I left my car there for the entire day and rode myself home by bike - 3 miles uphill- in great heat. When I returned at 5:30 p.m. I was told the car would not be ready until later. That the job was going to take 1.5 hr and maybe not done that day. I took the car home as I am the 75 year old care provider for my spouse (age 80) and we can not do without a car. I would hope that there could be more careful scheduling and estimates of time to pick up the vehicle. Also, why did the car sit there all day without my getting a call to inform me what was happening ? Pretty unprofessional."
