"3 days waiting to diagnose my truck and they have been working on it for less than an hour, it was taken back to their truck parking and still waiting. I checked in yesterday 7 am, their open hour cause the day before they were "full" and told me to come next day first thing in the morning and they would take care of the truck FCFS but they didn't start working on it till 4 pm, and had to stop soon because they had to leave at 5:30 pm. Bottom line, it's a disaster, I don't know when I will be out this."
