"Two of my grandchildren have been in the care of Shelly, the owner and operator of Monkey Trunks for the past three years. We love her. It is clear she enjoys what she does, the age group she services and her facility is spotless. She is very organized, easy to communicate too, and is very personable. Both my grand children loved being with her on a daily bases. As a grammy and a preschool school teacher myself, I would highly recommend."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Shelley terminated my 10 month old because he was not in her routine after 9 days. Paid for 3 weeks $630 dollars and he only attended 9 out of that because she is unreliable. My son was terrified everyday after picking him up for at least an hour. One day I picked him up with a dirty diaper stuck to his skin at 10:45 am, she said the kids were all changed at 8:30 and nothing else. He should have been changed. I wish I never put him through that experience. She suggested him sleeping in a closet with wires hanging because she could not provide a quiet space for him to nap. He has started a new daycare and they said he has no issues napping and is happy as ever. Please never put your kids through what we went through, this daycare is awful."
