"Skip it if you can. Mobile order system is broken. After waiting for 25 minutes for one of the items on my order, they said they don't even have a sticker for that item. The other item was a chocolate milk box that took 15 minutes to be ready. The macchiato tasted bad too, not worth the wait or the money.."

"This was one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Wasted 30 mins, then they said the donut is out of stock when asked where it is. Then they couldn’t even refund the money and told us to call a number!"

"My goodness! We came on a Sunday afternoon and although the line was long, there were 8 staff members and everyone was nonchalantly messing up orders and taking their time. Almost every food and drink were out of stock in the middle of the day, and looking through these other reviews, I’m not the only one disappointed! Please make sure to have enough supply knowing the demand of a service area Starbucks."

"Excellent food. Excellent service area on the New York State Thruway. The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the New Baltimore Service Area (I-87 northbound and southbound mile marker 127) is now open to the public, ahead of the busy July 4th travel holiday. The New Baltimore Service Area, which is accessible to northbound and southbound passengers, is one of the busiest service areas on the Thruway system and is a gateway to the Capital Region and Adirondacks to the north, as well as the lower Hudson Valley Region to the south. As part of a soft opening, the new service area will offer Shake Shack, Starbucks and Applegreen C-Store, as well as restrooms and seating areas. Chick-fil-A and Panera are scheduled to open at a later date. The location is the ninth new service area to open to Thruway customers as part of the $450 million project to redevelop and modernize all 27 Thruway service areas. The Clarence, Ardsley, Plattekill, Clifton Springs, Iroquois, Indian Castle, Chittenango and Junius Ponds Service Areas have reopened. New Baltimore Service Area The New Baltimore Service Area is located on I-87 and is unique in that it is accessible northbound and southbound between exit 21B (Coxsackie - Ravena - US Route 9W - NY Route 81) and exit 21A (Boston - Massachusetts Turnpike - Berkshire Connector (I-90 East). The facility is the largest level of the new service areas at more than 20,000 square feet. "Kitchen staff making the drinks kept making drinks incorrectly. The two orders in front of me and my order were wrong. Only one cashier taking orders during lunch rush. Manager wasn't helping staff, only refilling one of the tills and giving the cashier who was working a hard time for not knowing where the new menu items were in the computer. Completely unprofessional and slow service."
