The Bees Knees Bakery and Cafe llc

"Well, I wrote a long review just to find out it was the wrong Bees Knees. The other is a honey store in Albany. I was told that the owner of this store just does not want to buy an espresso machine, but I feel the ROI would be worth it. Nothing better that a great pastry and either wonderful coffee (cappuccino) or a great cup of tea. I bought oatmeal raisin cookies, old fashioned peanut butter cookies and a fresh baked white loaf. The bread was good, really liked that crust, but it almost tasted like bread machine bread. The oatmeal raisin came in first place. I will stop again on my way home from Pittsfield. Get there early, they sell out fast. This is not a sit and enjoy cafe, more like a grab and go."

"I was in the hospital at St Peters for a week and wanted to give all of the doctors and nurses that were working the floor I was on a nice treat to say thank you. I ordered a ton of blueberry muffins and banana nut muffins. Julie was slammed but figured out a way to get the order completed. First off the muffins were amazing and the presentation was just top notch. The breakfast sandwiches are also the best I have ever had. If you have not stopped down you should give it a try!!!! You won’t be disappointed :)"

"Consistently high quality baked good served by a passionate small business woman. Better then your grandma's baked goods because Julie puts love into her products and she doesn't even know you. Quality ingredients and high standards are what set her apart from the crowd. You will taste the difference. "This is what a chocolate chip cookie should taste like". Then you're in trouble because you will be hooked. Julie has been open close to two years now and is only getting better. Get there early so you don't miss out on what speciality items she has to offer."

"I have no words... wait, I do: DO NOT MISS THIS! Julie is a first rate baker and human being. Stopped in on our way through town after reading another great review. Aside from her divine muffins (we ordered and devoured 3 of the 4 types offered), she was in the process of cooking Spanikopita and offered a taste to me and my daughter. One taste and we had to buy more. The bakery has a wonderful story, and Julie is warm and passionate about her baking and making others happy. Go for yourself and see."
