"Zeyad the sales advisor in electronic went above and beyond for me today. I was looking for a tablet to start drawing my first children’s book without breaking the bank on purchasing a tablet. But I also wanted one that would have the functionality to draw amazing picture for the book while also working as a laptop as well if I needed it to. He showed me the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. It provided everything I needed for my book and the functionality of a laptop as well and was in my budget! He answered all of my questions and even showed me additional accessories that would help me in my children’s book journey. He was kind and extremely helpful! Overall if you need any help at all to make the right purchasing decisions ASK FOR ZEYAD!!!!! If I could give him more star I would. Give this man a promotion!"

"Great customer service everytime I've been there. Only thing to look out for are returned items being offered at full price. I went to exchange a faulty controller yesterday and almost walked out with a previously returned controller without being made aware. I saw the inspection tape on the back and swapped it for a new one before finishing up with the rep. Prices are a bit high but great service overall."
"I purchased an item at Mount Laurel Best Buy which turned out to be an empty box. The store checked local stock and told me there was no other stock local. They offered me shipping and promised I would have the product delivered the next day. I get a confirmation email for the order being placed which has a tracking number. Then come to find out it's delayed and they haven't even shipped the product and don't know when they will ship. So I decide to check local stock on the website myself and find that the new local store does in fact have a few in stock. I travel to the store and pull the item off the shelf and head over to customer service and explain to them what happened. They proceed to tell me that I would have to purchase the product a second time and return the first item if and when received. Why should I have to shell out another 250 dollars for a product I already paid for. Not going to happen. This will be my last visit to a Best Buy store. I've been a long time Best Buy customer who spends thousands a year with their stores. If they keep treating their customer like this they will be the next big box store to go bankrupt due to the ease of doing business with Amazon. Embrace change."
