"Matt and Dan showed up and were quickly able to diagnose the problem with our HVAC system and get it fixed. They cleared up a clog to the condensation pump and replaced a control board for us (thankfully that was under warranty). Not only did they quickly determine the chip itself was still under warranty, they also were able to call Bryant the same day and get a chip in stock from Albany to our house to swap it out. And they cut the tubing from the condensation pump, cleared up the clog, resealed, and after the new control panel install everything is working amazingly! No other issues. And we didn’t need to pay for the chip as it was under warranty, we only had to pay for the people to come out and fix it. Would always recommend this company for any issues. They seem honest and care for the customer rather than trying to sell you more things. We had a different company come out and that company couldn’t even get us a chip until the following week! Field Industries really took care of us and we appreciated the cool air going into a hot week."
