"Huge disappointment-They now longer allow walk in customers so I had a part shipped from Albany to Colonie and it turns out they sent the wrong part. So now I wait for another day with no refrigerator while they send (HOPEFULLY) the correct part. 2nd part was also wrong. Ended up searching the model number off the bad part and getting on Sunday from a PRIME online retailer. Currently waiting on refund from Marcone."

"Website stated if I ordered in next 1 hour, 7 minutes, and paid for overnight shipping, I would receive the parts by 8 pm next day. Not only did I not receive the parts when promised, they're website couldn't find the order, so I called Customer Service, only to be told they were closed (at 7 pm, when their website says they're open until 9 pm, and the person the phone said they really close at 5....) Go someplace more trustworthy, that wants your business."

"I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door)."

"my husband purchased a replacement refrigerator water filter here and the cost was $65. we checked on-line and at another local dealer and the cost of that EXACT water filter was over $20 less than they charged! When we called them, they said they know there is an issue with the price but they can't do anything about it. Buyer Beware!"
