"Not the best room I've ever had in OOB. It's quite small. Thank God we only had a small dog, because i don't know where a big one would have slept. Bathroom needs some work. But the grounds are well kept. The pool area was clean. The pool was clean and warm. Staff was friendly. The other +, it's right next to the beach."

"This was a cool location we stopped at on our road trip. Right in the ocean next to a waterfront amusement park(only open on weekends) that gave us a real Coney Island vibe. Sadly everything was closed both days we were here but the Sunrise in the morning was unreal and made up for it. The rooms are basic but comfortable with a bed a chair and a couch. It also has a small fridge and a range for cooking if you wanted as well as a microwave and a television. They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub but if you stay they allow you to use any of the pools along the strip which is great, especially during busier times. It is also a 2 minute walk to the beach if you prefer a dip in the ocean. Our room faced the ocean and in the morning the sunrise was awesome, it really highlighted the trip!"

"We loved your hotel! We stayed in the King Premier Oceanfront room (#408). It was fantastic. The views were amazing! The room was cozy and cute. The easy access to the beach and the pier was great. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room 76. Fabulous view! Comfortable beds, good location. Loved waking up to a view of the ocean, and also just outside the pool. The negatives were the room was very expensive so I was unpleasantly surprised that it smelled of stale smoke and mildew. The door was so old it had a gap and wouldn’t bolt, making us 2 girls there alone feel slightly uneasy. With the prices charged I think a little room upgrade would be nice and should definitely be done. I put a 6 because I would definitely consider staying again, and recommending to others, however I would do lots of shopping around first. If the price were a bit lower or the rooms upgraded a bit the experience would be a 10."
