Mount Whittier Motel

"I really, really like this motel. Stayed here for a second time this weekend while traveling for work. The biggest reason I returned was the staff, they are incredibly kind and accommodating. The nature of my work means that I often have to check into to hotels late and for a small business I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality! The rooms are modest but very clean. Beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi and TV work great. You can tell the owners take pride in their business and care about their guests. Definitely my top choice when traveling in the area and I will continue to stay here should my work bring me back !"

"Pleasant staff. The Whittier was recommended by local resident. I was looking for a convenient, clean room for an overnight stay in the area for family event. I was not disappointed. WiFi and cable. Fridge microwave."

"First time staying at The Whittier. It is a motel, so it's not fancy. But it was affordable, quiet, clean, the owners were polite and friendly. Thier pool was recently redone and very nice, the room was clean and there was free wifi! I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here for one night with my partner and paid $81 (just didn't want to camp for one night). It was pretty clear that several of the reviews left on Google were fake. Would not say this is better than a hotel by any means. The room was fairly clean but the walls were so thin that we could easily hear our neighbor clearing their throat and having a very early morning phone conversation. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were so thick I woke up with back and neck pain. All in all, would definitely not recommend or stay here again. The front desk lady was nice, though. There are just better motels in NH for the same or similar cost."
