"Very anti female there yet constantly being circled at high speed by children in a gator at all hrs n the whole place develops a mote in need of a bridge when it rains. I do not reccomend"

"The staff and owner try very hard to make your stay worthwhile. They do have amenities for extended stay guests. Great location if you work in bath, boothbay and/or looking to be near the water and pay a decent rate per night. However, if you have At&t, t-mobile or sprint you will not have good reception. Also, their wifi is a bit weak and they don't have landline service if you really need to make an urgent call to family or employers."

"We wanted just a place to stay the night after visiting the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden AGLOW light display. We got room 1 with the Jacuzzi. I had to wash the tub and surrounding edges before getting in as you could see and feel some scummy stuff. There was plenty of hot water and the tub worked great. The bed was very comfortable. For the price and a simple place to lay your head it was ok. They really need to get a better house keeping staff. The fridge worked but there was someone's food left in it way back under the freezer. The bathroom floor had quite a slant and the shower door didn't open due to the uneven floor. It needs some work but it has the [otential to be a nice place. Just clean it up a little."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The room stunk like decades of mold and cigarette smoke, the floors were unlevel, the fridge didn't work, and the microwave had liquid gooey food in it. The couple in the room next to me screamed and cursed and threatened to kill each other (I wish they had) all night long. At one point I went to my car and slept there. Sleep in your car or just don't travel if you have to stay here. This is an awful, depressing, tragic place. If there was an option to leave negative stars I would. I know this review sounds a little over the top...it isn't."

"No heat No internet No windows No phone Walk through mud to get into room # 1 Bathroom sink would not drain properly Where is the health & building inspector when they are needed. They should pay you to stay there."
