"Stayed there last night. Room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. There was also a bag of dirty towels and linens left in the middle of the room when I got there and to top it all off, the pool was closed due to “unsafe swimming conditions” which was some gross bacteria in the pool that wasn’t treated. I’ve stayed here probably 50 times and always had a decent experience. This time was a serious let down though."
"Very Welcoming Staff. Clean & comfortable rooms. We stayed there because of the storm. No power at home. Warm room with hot water. A Blessing thanks to the staff."
"This is hands down the best Residence Inn I've ever stayed in. It is a large hotel and situated near many places to eat. The King suites are huge and the free breakfast was pretty darn good. The bed was comfortable too. You can't go wrong with choosing this hotel, I just wish they made Residence Inns this nice in my part of the country."
"In January we reserved a room here for a September wedding. We saw in our Marriot account when we went to check the check-in details that the reservation was cancelled. We called the hotel and they said it was cancelled by their GM in March, but could give us no reason why we weren't notified, and were not apologetic at all. They said we should've noticed it sooner and they have no availability and that we basically out of luck even though we had a confirmation email but never received any communication it was cancelled. 3rd party sites show openings but they don't have any for direct Marriot customers I guess. I never saw the property so all my 1 star reviews are directed more at the management and lack of communication, I can't speak to the property itself."
"They have excellent housekeeping services! The front desk attendants can be iffy. The location is surrounded by all kinds of things to do and places to eat. It's also located walking distance from Walmart and other stores. The only thing about the location is getting in and out of the parking lot... other than that it's great!"
