"The woman at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant even in the later evening hours. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean and well maintained. They feel cozy and safe compared to most other motels. They have a year round hot tub which was fantastic to use in February. Would definitely recommend!"

"Cannot rave enough about Top Notch! We’re up in the area multiple times a month, and we book a room here because we always know it’s going to be a great experience at a reasonable price. The rooms are fresh and clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s centrally located for anything you may need (food, drinks, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, you name it, it’s around!). If you hike a lot like us, you’ll appreciate the parking being on the level of most of the rooms (easy on sore legs to get in to your room!) and the showers get nice and hot. The AC/heating unit in the room is also wonderful for quickly thawing out/cooling down if you’ve been outside all day. Whenever we travel with friends we bring them here, and they’ve all been as happy as we are with the experience. Best home base to explore the White Mountains from, hands down!"

"I literally can not speak highly enough of this place. I came up a day after work from 5.5 hours away, wasn't sure if I would be there before the lobby closes they made arrangements just in case, the staff is so amazing and nice, the rooms are immaculate clean, you could eat off the floor! They smell fresh the second you walk in, the bathrooms are spotless, the showers are amazing and I slept better here than I did in my own home. You would think these rooms are $400/night for how perfect it is. This is my new go to every time I'm climbing in NH! Thank you for a great night's stay to rest up before Mt. Washington!"

"Booked a room here due to affordability. Was staying in Gorham for opening day at Wildcat. I was very impressed when I came to check in. The main office was cozy and gave you a vibe of just calmness, not to mention that staff were super nice. The room was clean and updated and had a refreshing smell. Bathrooms were updated as well. This is a great place to stay and very well maintained. Not too mention its very close to restaurants, gas stations and a couple stores if you need something! I plan on going to Wildcat again sometime and this will be the first place I look to stay."

"Wow. A refreshing experience. VERY clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Polite staff at check in and check out. They have a nice grass area to relax equipped with gas grilles, a fire place and many chairs and tables. Rooms have a larger than usual mini fridge, full length mirror, AC, DirecTV and microwave. Bedside lamps each have two power outlets. Bathrooms are freshly remodeled and extremely clean. I felt like I was the first person ever in the room! Hot water with great pressure. Towels are plush and plentiful. Parking right outside of your room. I am very impressed and definitely will be returning. Thank you and see you again soon!"
