"Comfortable rooms with microwave and refrigerator, but manager downright rude when questioned about why breakfast was abruptly terminated at 9 when adveritised as extending till 10 a.m. Very skimpy supply of foods, which ran out and manager unwilling to replenish."

"Me and my family stay at the Towne motel every year for the last few years. It gets better and better each stay. Dalton behind the desk was extremely helpful with everything we needed and more. Cindy was there the following day and just as helpful and always can put a smile on you face even before you get that first sip of coffee. I spoke with Dennis the owner a few times and he was respectful and always had a smile on while working. They are also dog friendly so our dog tucker loved all the pets and treats during his stay. 2 paws up from him! I can’t recommend strong enough that the Towne motel is the best around hand and paws down."

"Recently, I was in Canaan to visit my 85-year-old mother. Unfortunately, during my visit, the sewer backed up into her apartment. On very short notice, the Towne Motel management found a room to house my mother, myself, and my dog who was along for the trip. They were understanding, accommodating, and kind. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, and then in all the fuss I left my dog's food, meds and toys at the motel. They were able to box up the items and ship them to me. I was impressed by the professionalism of the people I spoke to as well as thankful to be the recipient of their attention and care."

"My husband and I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The check in process was quick and staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Great location as well, everything we needed was only a mile or two down the road. We would definitely stay here again."
