A truly five-star experience."
"I’ve now been to the Boston Copley store a handful of times over the years. I’ve had only 1 good experience with a team member who has now transferred stores (she’s in Vegas now and still keeps in touch). Although I love the look of a few products my duffel bag is in for repair more than it’s with me. I’ve only owned it 2-3yrs. At this point I feel like I’m paying them a repair subscription (I’m not rough on the bag at all but the bottom feet fall off like they have places to be and are late and the buckle on the strap explodes even though it’s metal). At this point I feel like if I look at the bag it might get sick and have to go back into the doctor with another medical bill. Another A+ experience I’ve had with them is about 1yr after buying a beautiful pair of dress shoes one of my laces broke (not a big deal). I then go to the store and explain I own a great pair of their shoes but a lace broke and I’d love to order a few extra sets incase it happens again. A salesman looks me dead in the eyes says “um yeah we don’t sell shoes laces here”. I replied with “not even for your own shoes”. Him “why would we do that”. I feel like a quality team member who actually cares would have seen if they could have ordered me some from corporate. Yes I know you can go most places and get laces but I did really like the ones that they sold with the shoe. Now whatever maybe I’m asking too much from a luxury brand. Which leads me into my next outstanding visit with them. Around Christmas time my dad and I were doing some shopping at Copley making the usual stops a Tiffany & Co, Louis Vuitton, and a few others when we decided to give Ferragamo a quick look. A team member followed us around the store like we were about to steal something (keep in mind we are holding multiple bags from other high end stores that we just went to). It wasn’t someone trying to sell us anything but follow us around so closely that I thought he might even take the Louis Vuitton bag out of my hands claiming I stole it from them. Long story short 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend or anyone who wants to actually enjoy a day shopping. They know how to really put a damper on it."
"Wow, this store has made a complete turn around. I was there today on 12/14/22 and all 4 or 5 staff were exemplary. They even helped me with an issue unrelated to the products they sell. If any of your past experiences were anything less than amazing, please give this store another chance. It is under new mangent with a new stellar team. I will be back!"
