"I'd been researching a certain pair of docs for over a year, but was weary to buy them online. I finally was able to make the trip into the city to buy them and was so glad I did! I had the most exceptional help from a sales manager named Megan who was so informative, patient, thoughtful, and efficient. She was extremely knowlegable about the material of the shoes (I was between the vegan and the leather), and had answers to all my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, she really made me feel good about my purchase!"

"Friendly, but unknowledgeable service. Horrible return policy for such an expensive product. I specifically visited this store to be sized appropriately and the sales associate told me to go up a size as "the heel will shrink" and after spending nearly $400 my shoes are too big. I went to return them or get a new size and was told there I couldn't because of creasing in the leather yet I had only worn them inside the house to test the fit. Extremely disappointed they wouldn't be flexible when their own associates are here giving out incorrect information. do better!!"

"BEST service I have had in over 10 years! I probably won’t ever buy my Docs from anywhere else — meaning yes I will be going to Boston just for boots. (I am from NYC area) Firstly, the clerk was friendly, but not overly so. He explained how the new boot would feel, laced BOTH of them for me, and let me walk around. When I thought they felt a bit big so he ACTUALLY measured my foot, got the second set out, and proceeded to lace those too. (Which took some time, since they were they 20 eyelet boots) Deciding to wear the new ones out, he proceeded to make sure he put on the leather rub on them for me. Again… best and most attentive (but not overly so) service I’ve had in years! Plus, I got them $100 cheaper than online."
