"I ordered a pair of sneakers on Jan 12 and as of Jan 23 they have not been shipped and there has been no response to my four phone calls -- the machine says they are busy, leave a message and they will call back "at their convenience." Guess it hasn't been convenient. This is not acceptable business practice. I will give them another week and then file a dispute through my credit card company."
