"The inventory of orthopedic shoes was excellent! However, the service to customers was poor. The two employees mostly hung out behind the cash register staring into space, even when the store was full of customers. They only offered assistance when specifically requested to do so, and not very thoroughly or politely. For example, when I expressed interest in a certain style/color of shoe, the employee responded, "You can't try those on because they are too narrow for you." He did not offer to order them in my size. Likewise, he loudly declared "Simple math!" when I asked him to clarify a reduced-price offer on socks. As mentioned, the inventory was excellent and likewise for the background music, but the store needs sales personnel with "people skills" that can provide motivated and thoughtful sales support."

"I purchased a pair of Pikolinos Fisherman Sandals. Great well made shoe without the chunky sole on other sandals. My second pair as I wear them throughout the warmer months. I had them shipped to Canada and there was a problem with the shoes. I contacted the store and they responded quickly and found another pair. I was so impressed with the fast and courteous help I had to add this review. I wish all online stores followed this store’s great Customer service. My thanks to the staff who responded to the issue of my first shipment. Second pair received and are fine. Will definitely shop here again."

"Quality of shoes is top notch here. Customer service though is really hit or miss. I’ve had one positive experience. And also, multiple times where workers aren’t helpful at all. Perhaps rude. Most recently, I asked for my son’s feet to be measured. He is a growing teenager. The employee did not even do it right. I could tell he didn’t care enough to take the time. Then the shoes he brought out were all too tight. When my son told the worker this, his response was that athletic shoes are supposed to be like that. What? I wound up going to REI where my son found a fantastic pair of shoes. I think if you can come here and ask no questions and just try on what you want and buy it. Then it’s a good place. Shoes are great. But. More than once workers have been quite unhelpful/rude to me or my family."

"Instant perfection with comfort plus ate such cute clog style! The color is that perfect tan shade. The arch support inside is felt right away and perfect for those of us with higher arches. So buttery and well made. You’ll be able to wear these a ton in fall and spring for sure. Definitely happy and also happy to support Simons Shoes. A company that has been around for a long time for a reason. Buy them !!"
