"Incredible old building. The inside has been blocked off so you can't enter the building itself, but you can see through the windows ans doorways. Remnants of the old fore places are still present and the stone work is amazing. Incredible to walk around and think about how many lives came and went from here back in the day."
"Super cool historic location! The mansion is visible from the parking lot and easy to walk to. The mansion is fenced in, but you can still get pretty close safely. (Although walking up and around the back is a bit more challenging than waking up to the front) The park is clean and there are port-a-pottys available."

"If you visit the lighthouse be sure to check out this end of the park as well. The mansion is beautiful; take some time to read the history and look up a few photos of the building back in its day. There are also plenty of WWII implacments to explore."
