Dave Fallows was tailgating me and my friend throughout the store, turned out to be my design consultant. He managed to get me next day delivery because I needed the couch as soon as possible. On the delivery day, they called and gave me a time. The guys were actually here on the clock which is very helpful. They were professional and helpful.
