"I was so impressed with my recent experience at this amazing local shop. Over 20 years (and several different store owners) ago, my parents had a design made for my husband's lobster boat and had hats embroidered for our whole family. My oldest son was an infant at the time, so a few years ago his Dad gave him one of those hats, and the ensuing years of wear took their toll. I emailed the shop and asked if by any chance they still had the design. They responded right away and told me that yes, they still had it! I was able to surprise my son with a new hat for Christmas, which was especially meaningful, since his Dad sold the boat 15 years ago and no longer lobsters.
