"It took me going to another pharmacy to realize how incredibly poorly I was treated here. I'd call the auto system and it would never be ready no matter if I gave them a days notice or 3. It's been a few months since I left and the other pharmacy I'm at has it ready on time everytime. That's a pretty simple ask. Not to mention it's always felt like they were trying to find an excuse to blame me when I'd have to come in and physically speak to them to get it filled. I hope it's gotten better in the couple months I've been gone"
"I don't understand I went here for a while then transfered to another Walmart and realized how bad this one was. I have a weekly prescription and no matter how much time I gave them it was never ready when the automated system said it was going to be, and then made me feel guilty when I called to ask if they could hurry up because I'm completely out of meds. Was told to just call and ask for in-store status. Not sure what's happening but the other walmart I'm at now is wayyyy better."
