"I have been using York family practice for 25 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr Robinson is my current doctor and I have had others through the years. Dr Robinson is such an angel, always taking the time to discuss any concern. I have always been treated with respect and in a timely manner. Even when things were so difficult, with the pandemic, YFP did not let me down! Things are even easier now with the patient portal because I can message Dr Robinson if I have a question or concern. I am so glad that they will be there for me as I grow older!"

"I have been a patient for over 11 years and have see a decline in patient care. I contacted the office this morning because my pharmacy contacted me and said they have tried to get my prescription since December 21st and will not be trying anymore. I contacted the office to be met by the rudest receptionist I have ever come in contact with (not Janie). I was a patient of someone who left, normally the practice would absorb her patients but apparently we are just left out to dry. Thank God I do not need any important medication at this time. York Family Practice is falling apart, not sure I trust them with my health anymore."

"Both my husband and I have been using York Family Practice for as long as I can remember. We both mostly see Kerri Neel who is wonderful! She’s seen us through many tough times and medical issues, including my husband’s diagnoses of a rare type of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and my ongoing joint problems and migraines. She’s also very sympathetic in regard to our children’s bone disease and always asks of their health despite them not being patients of hers. They still go to a pediatrician. She’s attentive, never in a hurry and very warm and personable. We spend a lot of time visiting doctors and hospitals and I can honestly say I am always happy to see Kerri. Great job!!!"
