"I went here last Friday, August 04th,2023, with my family. They went here around the time Citi Trends originally opened. I've never actually been there . This was my 1st time visiting and shopping at Citi Trends. The only complaint I have is that we originally got there the day before thinking the store was open till 8pm . While entering, the young woman said no, actually, we close in 5 minutes. " they closed at 7 pm on Google, and it said 8pm . So we decided to go back to Citi Trends again the next day. I came out with an awesome find , complete steal. What a fantastic bargain. The other small issue I had with them was that the music was a little loud. The woman at checkout was super helpful and beyond kind and super attentive while checking out . Thank you for your assistance. I don't know her name, but she was so friendly and so much of a huge help . This store is super clean and well - lit, and it's a unique place to go check it out. And has some unique finds. So go check them out. I plan on coming in again in the near future."

"Sat outside waiting for the store to open that never did sign clearly says open at 11 and there is no one here"

"Works didn't greet me as I walked in One made eye contact with me for about a minute and then went back to what she was doing So I keep walking and then I walked passed another employee right before the shoes She also looked at me and went back to what she was doing No one ever asked did I need help I was in the store about 20min I was so turned off I put my stuff back and left.. I did not get the customer service at all"

"Very disrespectful to guests. Didnt let my 1 year old in with a cart ( so I could more her easily since she can't walk yet) I asked to speak to manager and lady said she was the manager. Then proceeded to tell us we had to leave with cart in a disrespectful time. I will not shop here anymore. Corporate office is all automated so no good there. Will be in contact with attorney general real soon if this doesn't get resolved in a quick manner."
