"Some good, some bad: First, the good: They seem to be mostly efficient with in-person visits when you show up as scheduled. Medical treatment and testing goes fairly smoothly. Second, the mediocre: if your child isn't a perfectly quiet and cooperative child, they don't know what to do with them. Eye, ear and other exams are delayed because the Nurses and Doctors have apparently never learned how to work with fidgety children. Third, the plain bad: if your child has what seems to be a serious medical issue on the surface, they can bungle sending samples to the lab for days at a time, requiring sample re-submissions. The doctor can eventually forget to call you back and leave you to read the lab results on their website. The problem is you're not a doctor and can't tell if the results are good or bad or what they mean. When you try to call the office and ask when your child's doctor will be in you are stonewalled, not told when the doctor will be in or when you can talk to them. The very fact that your child may or may not have an issue, the doctor forgets to call you to explain the lab results and the receptionist is dismissive and refuses to tell you how to contact the doctor is downright amazing in an awful way. Honestly considering transferring to a different pediatrician."

I take my newborn son here and the front office staff is kind and professional, the nurses are warm and friendly, and our pediatrician Dr. Blasberg goes above and beyond to provide excellent care not only to my son but to us as new parents as well. The office is so quick and responsive to us as new parents and Dr. Blasberg makes us feel like his only patient with the time he devotes for all our questions and concerns.
