"I called to get an appointment for my son at the Lynn office, they didn’t answer so the Peabody office took the message. I’m not sure who the nurse was that called me back, but she was highly rude and unprofessional. Talking over me and hung up on me. Maybe some retraining on how to conduct professional communication needs to take place."
"So far, so good. When my baby was sick, the support I got from these nurses and doctors was like nothing I’ve ever experienced and I am so grateful for each and every one of you. They are equipped to deal with almost anything here, and they are very helpful making appointments, registering new patients, etc. Every single person I’ve dealt with as a new patient at this practice has been so pleasant and helpful. We are very thankful for you all and appreciate your services. I feel safe knowing my child is in great hands."
"I'm not sure what's going on at this place, but the service has gone downhill in the last 5 years. I have nothing against the doctors that work there. Most of them are really good. The problem is trying to get an appointment at this place. On 3 occasions recently I have called to schedule an appointment for a sick child, only to be told that if things get worse, go to the ER. Why should I have to go to the ER and expose my child to such trauma when you can set an appointment and see her without the added stress that the ER brings?! I understand that things are different since the pandemic, but that is not my problem to figure out. Either hire more staff, extend your hours, or don't take on as many patients if you cannot accommodate them. I shouldn't have to bring my child to the ER. That's just dodging responsibility that you as a provider have promised to take on. Really, really disappointed with this place lately. My family and I have started looking elsewhere for a pediatrician's office, even though we'll miss Dr. Podstrelova, Dr. Diamond, and Dr. Giordano (to name a few). You were very good with our kids, and for that I thank you."
"We love pediatric health care associates!!! Great doctors and physicians assistants. We come here for all three children fir the past 10plus years"
"I want to start by saying this office has AMAZING Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses. For a while each time my child was sick it felt like I had to fight to schedule an appointment, they were never "scheduling" appointments and wanted me to call back later if the conditions worsen or go to the emergency room. On a Saturday I got Terry on the phone she told me she could not make an appointment on Saturday, I understood and asked for an appointment on Sunday. She then said I could not schedule an appointment on Sunday either. She tried to deny me an appointment on Saturday and Sunday, after I pushed for an appointment Terry responded with " Thank you for being so nice" which is very unprofessional. I am fighting for my child to be seen by a doctor. I am pretty sure any parent would do what is necessary for their child to be seen by a doctor when they are sick. It should not be that hard. I must say when you finally get into a room with a doctor/nurse practitioner/nurse they are fantastic. A few NPs I have seen for sick visits have been AMAZING! However calling the office and getting someone that talks to you the way Terry talked to me is so unprofessional and uncalled for. I take the good with the bad and know my child is getting amazing care once we actually get an appointment. Lately it seems like when I call they are much easier to talk to but I have not called for a sick visit in a while."
