"Do not recommend. Dr Maguire told me it sounded like my son has autism via phone intake, denied it at the physical appointment. 20 minutes is the time my son was observed during “play” and that is not enough time to diagnose autism. He was able to talk and stay on subject apparently even with extreme fixation on video games (autism sign!). He also has the ability to articulate a picture book so therefore no autism. On top of that - my concerns were ignored due to the fact the “teachers answers” didn’t match with mine. Too bad his teacher wasn’t the greatest. I was told problems MAY arise later on at school and that is where I should TRY to get him re evaluated. Well here we are a year later with school issues and concerns. Highly recommend NINH, where your child will get a long 5-7 hour evaluation with same day thorough results. Your concerns won’t get blown off at NINH and you will get your answer. My son just got diagnosed with autism. So yeah, I would avoid here and drive to hooksett to NINH"

"I’ve never rated a business online before, but this is certainly worth my first time. Appointment at 4:30 for my 3 year old toddler and my 8 year old with ADHD. Got there 10-15minutes early for their convenience. Stayed in the waiting room until 4:52pm, a bit over a half hour now. Which I feel is not good practice being a pandemic and all. Brought to a room finally where we waited additional time for the nurse to come in. Anyways it’s 5:34pm and the doctor finally shows up. Didn’t get out of there until 6:09pm. Save yourself the time and aggravation on this place, please."

"Horrible experience this far, been waiting 8 months to get my son into the clinic. Had paperwork in since December, still nothing. They won’t even book a appointment. Good luck trying to get in, prob a year wait. They are telling me Another 4 to 5 months. A joke."

"I've had my daughter's paperwork in for 2 months and they still will not schedule an appointment. I get different time estimates each time I call to follow up. 2-3 weeks then it's another month. They only have nurse intake coordinator to review and schedule appointments. The receptionist will not tell you how many cases are ahead of your child. Although they claim not to be on a new patient hold, if you cannot make an appointment then technically you are. If it's going to be 3-6 months longer, people need to know that so they can go elsewhere. I will drive as far as I need to get a developmental assessment for my child so at least give people the courtesy of telling them how many months it will be. I've wasted a lot of time waiting and now I need to start the process all over again somewhere else. Be mindful if you are trying to schedule an assessment here and do not believe them if the say it'll be a couple weeks."
