"It would be great to leave a normal review, but seeing as how you need to call 10x a day just for the call to “drop” or for someone to answer who has no idea and tell you they will TRY to give you a call back. Definitely changing my daughters pediatrician. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I have always had good experiences with the doctors and nurses who provide care for my children at this facility. The huge downside to this office is that they almost never answer the phone! You don't get a call back some times. They allow the phone to ring and then pick it up and hang up multiple times in a row! Even the answering services put you on hold for periods of time than hang up! In additon, do not try to ask to be invoiced your co-pay because they will refuse service. This is a $25 co-pay at that. I have gone to this office for a few years with 3 children and one time I really need my child seen and need to be sent invoice they would rather deny an appointment than keep 3 patients at there facility. Absolutely blows my mind and disappoints me."

"In the hunt for a better pediatric center. There #1 issue is not having the proper staffing to even pick up the phone. Between leaving messages in the appropriate departments, to speaking with there “answering service” this office has a lack of responsibility especially when dealing with patients. I have had to show up just to get a basic answer that could of been through a phone. It was a great facility at 1st now the simplest things have become a chore."

"Worst place to go . They never answer their phone . They cancel appointments last minute and never reschedule. They tell you the sick walk in times then you go and they turn you away saying they don't do that they are too busy. Which makes no sense when yesterday they told me to come in for a walk in and today they don't do that . My son needs a flu shot and physical for school . I can't get through I've called over 100 times . They won't pick up their phones I keep getting the answering service it didn't matter the time of day . They never call me back . I'm tired of this my son's been going here for along time and always problems . I'm switching doctors I'm done . I know everyone's busy with work and life and extras like sports so keeping your kids appointments is crucial . You need to answer your phone and call your patients parents back ."
