"We initially enjoyed highly positive experiences with this pediatric practice when our daughter was under the care of Dr. Olivia Kim, who is a first-rate and very caring physician. However, in recent years, the Foxboro pediatrics office seems to have switched to a model of scheduling sick visits almost exclusively with nurse practitioners, and the care has increasingly felt extremely rushed and not nearly as thorough or compassionate as it was in the past. Our daughter, who has a disability, was misdiagnosed by a nurse practitioner recently and provided with an ineffective treatment recommendation after what can only be described as a "lightening round" sick visit. We also felt that the NP did not take her symptoms seriously, and we later discovered that the NP documented what we felt was disparaging content (essentially that our daughter was unable to report her own symptoms accurately) in her medical records. In response, we attempted to follow up in writing with the medical office as well as the business office detailing our concerns and requesting a reply given that we have been with this practice since 2012 and have fond feelings for the medical care our daughter has received historically. Neither office had the courtesy, compassion, or ego strength to return any reply whatsoever. They did, however, remember to send us a bill for the visit... We interpret this experience as an incredibly sad and frustrating reflection of the deteriorated quality of fast-food, corporatized healthcare of the modern era, which seems to prioritize patient volume, profit margins, and a Gordon Gekko style "big business" culture over over decisional accuracy, conscientiousness, and compassion toward vulnerable segments of the population. Needless to say, we have left this practice for a wonderful local pediatrician who was able to diagnose the problem correctly and provide a treatment that quickly remedied the symptoms. Her new pediatrician also spontaneously commented that our sweetheart did a wonderful job describing her symptoms. :-)"

"Based on the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners my kids have seen here, I would give them a 5. They are usually very thorough, kind, and willing to flex with what the parent thinks works best. If you need to call for a sick visit though, be prepared to be on hold for a while (like 30 minutes easily)! Just do the call back unfortunately! And I am not sure if it's recent shortages or what but most (not all!) of the nurses we have seen lately have not been my favorite. I understand a lot has changed with COVID, but they are just plain rude most of the time. I also have the same feelings towards most of the receptionists. I often feel like I am irritating them just being there or calling. I do think the staff at the Foxboro location is much more friendly but we are closer to Wrentham so usually go to that office. So, I guess the bottom line is that the care our children get here is great, but you have to be willing to jump through a few hoops to get it!"

"We have great experience with the doctors and nurse here over the last 10 years. But, the front desk staff at Foxboro office are rude and has no patience for parent with sick kids. Good luck."

"Wish I could give a 10 all the doctor's and nurses here are the best the front desk ladies are always so pleasant. They always explain things to me even when I get frustrated because I don't like to see my kids sick. I couldn't ask for a better Drs office if anyone wants a.great Dr go there they all are great."

"One of the best pediatricians I’ve ever dealt with. They think of everything. They have a nurse always available to talk through your child symptoms. Communication is so easy with the gateway system. They have staff that help you with getting into specialists and referrals. I have a medically involved kiddo and they were so helpful! Thank you! I move a lot and still haven’t found a pediatrician office like this one."
