"Dr. Stephan LeBlanc and Dr. Jennifer Page are among the most disrespectful doctors I have encountered. Both doctors have boldly claimed I lie about my symptoms in order to get medication, when in reality I have been diagnosed with chronic sinus infections. I have passed out in front of Dr. Leblanc to only be met with being laughed at. This isn’t the only time he has laughed at me in my face while I am seeking treatment. Dr. Jennifer Page used to be my primary doctor, however she has accused me of lying on several occasions for several years. She has claimed I am “over medicated” yet doesn’t even know what the medications I take are. She told me she had to look up my only two medications (antidepressants) to even know what they are. If that isn’t a sign of an irresponsible doctor I don’t know what is. She has lied to me about my iron levels in my blood work, leading me to miss nearly two years of time where I could have been treating a low iron count. All this because she believes I over exaggerate symptoms, despite diagnoses I have been given. Dr. Ann Dobbins has been the only doctor in this office with any sense at all, paying attention to blood work results and my constant symptoms to offer me adequate help when she is in office. She is now my primary care doctor, though I must say I get quite irritated upon entering this office now after having my experiences beyond soured. I hope to see these doctors shape up because the health of children is not something to play with. I will make sure to tell anyone considering this office about my experiences and I will encourage them to go elsewhere."
"I moved and this place has lack of communication and beyond lazy and awful when it comes to faxing the new doctors office medical records. it’s been months of contacting this office and trying to get them to actually do something I released forms before I even moved and somehow they lost it so I had to redo it and now they don’t feel like helping. I did like this place when my kids were patients but now I see the true laziness now that I moved."
"My son has pretty much had an ear infection once or twice a month for the last three month. None of the medicine they prescribed hasn't worked. So I called today because his ear is hurting a little. I can't drive so we would walk there or my father would drive me. But my father and husband works Friday night. They didn't have anything for this morning where my husband could have taken him. Since it's feels like its negative out my husband asked if they could make the appointment for Monday and they told him no. Since it wasn't a physical they couldn't do it. What hospital can't book an appointment for someone who is sick on a different day? It makes no sense."
"Doctors are good but the receptionist lady is very arrogant. Plain rude. Chaotic referral process. Update: Jennifer one of the nurse call back n fix the issue smoothly in just few seconds. She is the customer service problem solver kind and respectful individual. She didnt say things like "that would be too much work for us" like the other lady.Originally I put one star, but now put 3 because of Jennifer."
"I used to love them the providers themselves are great. Some of the staff is great keyword some. Others can be outright rude. I have been trying to get my son an appointment for the past 2 days. I called yesterday when they opened and they told me that they didn't open for another 15 minutes but they don't open it 8 they open at 8:15 so I called back the nurse that I spoke to argued with me that I was told 8:15 that they open at 8. Every single time I call at 8 they tell me that they don't open until 8:15. And couldn't give me an appointment until almost 5 which doesn't work too well for me cuz I'm disabled and have other kids to take care of. So I called at 8:04 this morning put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on literally they just picked up and hung up. So I called back waited on hold for another 8 minutes then somebody picked up and told me that they just opened. Then tried to offer me an appointment 4 for 20 I said there's no way that you guys have any earlier appointments? The receptionist then put me on hold for a couple minutes and then came back and then hung up on me. I get that the world is in hard times but Jesus Christ"
