"Dr. Risko, Mary and team have offered a very good experience for our family (first time parents). They respond to calls and concerns in a timely manner, and offer to see our child when sick or there is a concern and offer sound advice over the phone when they are able. The office staff is kind and helpful, and the after-hours service has been helpful when the office has been closed. Over all, a very good experience so far. Flexible with our need and questions (delayed/spaced out vaccinations), and give evidence-based explanations for their own guidance. Happy with our decision to be a part of this small practice."

As first time parents, Dr. Risko and Mary answered all our questions and helped guide us through the process of taking care of a little one. With the size of the office, we felt that we received personalized care. Either Dr. Risko or Mary would respond to our messages through the portal within a short time frame-often calling us directly to discuss things. "This is a lengthy review, if you don’t read it all please read this: Your child’s pediatrician is arguably one of the most critical decisions you will make in his/her care. You must find someone you trust and can rely on. That is what singular pediatrics gives my husband and I: complete peace of mind, no matter the circumstance We are so so fortunate to have Dr. Risko, Mary, Magaie, Beth, and Melanie looking after our newborn son. Their service, dedication to patients and compassion are exceptional. This is not the practice who rushes you out in 15 minutes or returns your call 2 days later. To the contrary, I have never experienced such personalized and attentive care anywhere! They always give as much time as I need to address all my questions. I have even finished my appointment and remember I had 1 or 2 more questions, and Mary came right back to chat with me for another 10 minutes. Dr. Risko has done the same. I also appreciate how they really listen to your concerns and try to understand WHY you have that concern. They develop a personalized approach based on their vast knowledge and your wishes as a parent. I am also so impressed that when I call with a question (which I have done at least a dozen times as a new mom), 100% of the time, I have been put straight through to Mary or Dr. Risko, but not before Beth or Melanie say hi, ask how my son is and also how I am doing. They make me feel like my son is the one and only patient they have and that we are family."
