"The room we booked was missing some clues and others were broken, but our host didn't think to mention this until after our time ran out. The room had an interesting theme, but it seemed haphazardly put together as there were clues from prior puzzles still painted on the walls, and puzzle answers were written out in sharpie around the room. I'll go to a different escape room next time."

"I have never been here before and let me tell you I would 100 percent recommend this place! the girl that worked there was so sweet! It was a lot of fun!"

"Second time doing this and again had a really fun time. Mixed group of people with ages from 8 to 50+ so highly recommend for a good time for all. We did the prison escape and everyone was able to participate"

"It was challenging but run down and under staffed. The props didn't work anymore and there was some clues that were challenging for people with poor eyesight. Some very cool challenges with method I haven't seen before. Fix the quality for more stars."

"We played "School of Hard Locks" The room was mediocre, maybe a step below since you need some easy outside knowledge. Even if most people would get it, that's kind of a no-no in th ER world. The reason for the low rating is the treatment. We walked in right at our scheduled game time, and I know we're supposed to be early but we've done a ton of rooms across the country and, especially at a small town mom and pop on a Tuesday, that's never been a big deal(though it's only happened a few times in 250+ rooms.) Once she was done talking to the other group, the girl hands me a waiver clipboard and tells me in a fake bubbly voice that our time has already started. Ok fine, but that shouldn't be the first thing you say to someone and set the tone with. She leads the other group to their room and gives them a run-down while we wait, our clock apparently ticking. We're experienced and not too worried about getting out, but that put a damper on everything going forward. When we got out, she wasn't around(probably running the other room), and if my wife hadn't misplaced the car key we'd have been gone without seeing her again. Which woulda been cool. Once we saw that they'd blocked off all later times and we figured they were closing early we should have given up the idea of going. This isn't the first time we've had issues with the last game of the day. Unless it's the owner running things themselves, it's always some low wage worker trying to go home asap. Maybe we'll learn."
