"Ordered a pendant. No email confirmation so I wasn't clear it was received. Ordered again. Same thing. 10 days later, notified that they were shipping. Emailed and said please cancel one pendant. Both arrived in same box, $10.50 shipping added to both. Called and tried to return - no answer. Left message - no response. Took some time to learn about the refund, but eventually received it. Pendant was nice"
