"My Aunt has been here since April. She started in the rehab and they were great with her. We had to make the difficult decision to keep her here and admit her to long term care. She is now on the 2nd floor and adjusting to the staff and residents. Stephanie is the manager on the 2nd floor and has been very attentive to my aunt and any issues that I need addressing. Staffing is an issue at times and they do the best they can to attend to all residents needs. The communication with Stephanie is great and my Aunt trusts her!"

"My friend has been at Webster Park for 3 1/2 months. We are very happy with the care he is receiving there from the nurses and therapists. They have been very good at communicating with us, and responding to requests. He is treated with respect and kindness."

"For long-term care and skilled nursing care for the elderly please go elsewhere- this place is arguably just short of neglect. All these concerns have been reported to the leadership at Webster. Nurses lack empathy and rarely acknowledge you even while you're waiting at the nurses’ station to talk or ask for help. Nurses prefer patients to wear incontinence briefs, so they don't have to deal with bathroom needs. When in the bathroom, they are not assisted and wait endlessly for the call light to be answered. Apparently, they wake them up at 2 am to see if they need to change them whilst ignoring them all day. The food tray is brought in, but I've seen many of them are unable to feed themselves fully. Despite this, no assistance is given unless you have an outside aid such as hospice. Medications for pain are rarely dispensed even with a terminal diagnosis and a physician's order. Gatekeeping and gaslighting are the standard of care. They do not use the numeric pain scale to identify pain and have an attitude if you tell them the patient is in pain. Bathing is rare as is daily ADLs such as cleaning teeth and changing clothing. Little to no seating for visitors in the rooms or common areas. Dirty and unkempt common rooms are the least of the problem but yes it does also smell like old urine. We gave up complaining and decided to have him moved so his last days on earth are not spent in horror and unease. We were private pay and trust me they got their money(over 20k) in full and on time every month until he received Medicaid with his Medicare. My Dad is a kind and sweet man and he does not deserve to live his last days with such treatment. I urge you to look closer if you are considering this facility for long term care."

"I’d give zero stars if it was an option. My Dad was neglected at this facility. The call bells didn’t work more than they did. It didn’t matter though because they weren’t answered even when they did work. A lot of the staff was rude and showed no compassion towards him even as his health declined. He was left in soiled clothing frequently and rarely fed his meals unless I was there to do it. There was literally 1 nurse, 1 CNA and 1 kitchen staff that were kind and compassionate out of the entire staff he had care from. My complaints to the administrator did not improve his care. My Dad passed away at this facility and even then there was no compassion shown. I was rushed out of the room by the staff while trying to say my goodbyes and not one person expressed any condolences. I did report my issues to the VA Healthcare system also since he was there through a contract held by them. I would not send my worst enemy to this facility."

"I have had a family member here for the past couple of weeks. He likes everything- the friendly staff, the food, his room, even his rehab! We have had a lot of experience dealing with rehab facilities before my father passed away and we’ve seen all the problems that can happen- no problems here! Knowing your family member is comfortable and secure goes a long, long way to recovery."
