"This hospital is horrible, unfortunately I had the displeasure of doing my follow-up with them. They worry about sending your bill, but they don't care about you. They don't ask you for exams, you have to wait almost a month and a half for the next appointment, this already in the 3rd semester. The person who does the ultrasound is terrible, treats you with a lot of ignorance. There are some good people who assisted me, but my grade in general is 1."

"Please do not let them take your newborn without you being there. Most of the time when they took my newborn, I was asleep. When I followed one of the nurses (tall woman with long neck) she mishandled my newborn. I told the doctor and that nurse came into my room to confront me and gaslight me, telling me what I saw didn't happen. I left that night and as I was leaving all of the nurses ignored me as if I did something wrong. It was clear that the evil nurse spoke bad about me to cover her lies. Very unprofessional. My newborn had unexplained marks on their inner thigh One of the medical assistants told me without me asking, that the mark on their back was a birthmark.. That was obvious but it seemed it was done to avert attention away from the thighs. The nurses are abusive, do not trust them with your child"

"Their recent decision to close the 42 year old beloved birth center, on the hospital campus, is disappointing. This action says to me that Beverly Hospital does not support choices for birthing people. They are also misleading the public by offering two practices as an alternative to the birth center, Lynn Womens Health and Essex OB/Gyn, when in fact the doctors and one midwife at Lynn Womens Health are from Essex OB Gyn, so this is really no choice at all. Beverly Hospital, by their actions, has really shown the community they serve that they have the power over womens reproductive and birthing rights."

"When the CNM makes an expectant mother feel like she can't ask questions or that her questions are foolish, you get a one star from me. As an RN I was deeply saddened by this experience. Do better."
